Not Accurate Color
The actual backpack color does not match the color shown on the in the listing, and it’s not about my computer screen settings because I ordered another product that is true to the color shown. This is a much deeper blue than in the image. We will more than likely be returning it…

Hanging loop ripped off after first time ise
I bought this pack to use as an airplane carry-on, and after my first trip, the handle ripped completely loose on one side, and frayed on the other. It wasn’t overloaded, I had 2 novels, a sweatshirt, small purse, and a couple of hats in there, with the water bottle in front. I expected more from such a quality brand, and I’ve never ever had issues with L.L. Bean backpacks in the past! So disappointed!!
