Missing fleece all the way down the back
I didn't buy this year's version, but I bought a very similar coat from L.L. Bean a couple years ago while it was on sale. It was gray and it has become my favorite coar, I love it but comparing it to the pictures here I see that the inside the fleece only goes down halfway to the belt area and then below that is quilting and I can't believe that's as warm as the fleece. One nice thing about my coat is that it has that nice full fleece to lining really nice fleece and in the hood as well.

Just received this coat. Very nice material, and light olive color ,feels like it will be warm, however would say size is off.
I have two other coats slightly fitted in size Small
petite and they fit so well. This coat is larger all over and doesn't appear to be slightly fitted at all.
Please dont take those fits away, with a small frame a little shape in a coat is more flattering.

Affordable and good quality
I really like this coat! It’s warm and I can wear a sweater underneath. I haven’t tested it in wet weather but it seems like it will be fine. I wish you could unzip it from the bottom to add some room. The coat fits tightly around the thighs which is great for keeping out the cold and wind. However it bunches up when I sit down in the car and is a little tight. That is my only disappointment.

Great jacket
Great jacket but I returned it because it was too short. At 5'11" the jacket hits between my waist and hips.I got the coat version instead which is longer.

Mostly good, some downside
I love the color. It is just warm enough for our 30 degree winter weather and I really appreciate having the hood available on windy days.
Downside - the exterior material is not soft, but stiff and crinkly in character.

No good for layering.
Unfortunately, this coat does not allow me to wear a fleece/sweater layer underneath it and be abe to move my arms. Tried a larger size great forthe arms, but huge everywhere else.
