Be warm, dry and comfortable!
I am a bit obsessed with LL Bean clothes, jackets in particular. I was looking for a "warmer than my fall jacket but not quite my beloved down parka" jacket and purchased this one after a few weeks of studying the offerings. I am so happy with this purchase. The jacket is warm, with a great hood, and water-resistant. It's a substantial jacket, you're getting your money's worth, while still being comfortable and stylish. Honestly, it's mid-December here in Maine and I haven't swapped this out for my parka as yet! My parka might be getting jealous!

Warm, Comfortable, Good Looking
I don’t like to be overheated in a coat. This coat was cozy and wind-proof and the hood was easy to use (traveling in snow Chicago). Great coat for those who “run hot” but sometimes really do need a comfortable coat in deeply cold weather. Looks pretty too.

Cheaper quality snugger visit
I’m very disappointed with this jacket because I bought a corny to the size of winter warmer jacket I had before. It’s a much snug fit. that my winter warmer jacket had. It’s loose in the cuffs . The fleece doesn’t go all the way down and it just feels very thin. I’ll be returning it and I think that L.L. Bean has sacrifice quality for price.

I ordered this for my adult daughter for her business trip to New York in December. She loves the fit in size she chose and thinks it will keep her warm. A pretty jacket and L L Bean quality always good.

Tight shoulder area
Loved the coat, however the shoulders are unusually tight. The rest of coat fits good and you could wear a heavier shirt under it if it weren’t for the tight shoulders.
