This is a great bag. It's extremely durable, well constructed and attractive to boot. I think it will last for many years. I was specifically looking for an insulated tote to use for grocery shopping that had a shoulder strap. Most of them do not. This bag is very large and spacious, so it can become quite heavy if you fill it up. The shoulder strap makes it much easier to carry if you have to go a distance and/or are carrying other bags. The only minor quibble I have is that it would be nice if it had come with a shoulder strap pad.
