Great shorts except the waist is not true to size
I listened to the reviews and ordered up one size because of small waist. Glad I did. I wear a size 10 in other brands easily. Llbean bottoms all have too small waists. That’s why it only got 4 stars. The rest of the shorts are a little big going up a size but the waist is just right. I love the length and the material. Llbean please use a different fit model and make your waists true to size.

So comfortable!
I love these shorts! They have just the right amount of stretch without losing their shape throughout the day. The back pockets are just perfect! I can fit my phone in them and placed so that my phone won’t pull the shorts down. I’d love to see the faded indigo color brought back.

so soft and comfortable
These come out of the wash ready to wear! Every other pair of cargo shorts I have ever bought have issues with the pockets wrinkling up. However, these shorts come out soft and ready to wear! The only thing I don't like is the color. They are so light, they are almost white! I wish they were more tan.

Love thinner leg width
I love the length and leg size. The waist was slightly small. Otherwise it wears really well. I have skinnier legs than waist. I am 5'4" 130 lbs. Bought a 6.
