Beautiful! If only they made a lower rise…
These shorts are beautiful and I get a lot of compliments. A bit tight in the waist, but fit perfectly in the other areas so I ordered a larger pair as I had already worn them and sewn a second button to the left to expand the waist. I have a long torso so personally never like a high waist. My wish would be for the same but stretchier and lower in the rise. Looking forward to getting the bigger pair!

I really like these shorts. I love madras and bought a similar pair from LL Bean 5-10 years ago so this was a replacement purchase. The fit is pretty much the same as the previous pair except that the waist is a bit higher. Pre-purchase, I read a review in which the reviewer said they don't like the higher waist but I bought anyway. I'm glad I did because I really like the higher waist.
