Love it!
Since LLB tends to be a bit large from my experience, I gambled and ordered a small in the black dress. For reference, I am probably most like an hourglass shape, though my hips are slightly narrow to really qualify, and frankly waist a tad thicker that perfectly nipped. That said, I felt the issue some reported as a minus with the pockets adding width, does work in my favor! I also received a cotton rag sweater with this order, which was uncharacteristically on the small side, even though I ordered a medium. Go figure, but that's for another review! Anyhow, the size small is perfect with this dress - glides over the figure, no clingy or tight places. Will work for casual or nice. Plus super comfy, and great weight fabric for the cooler months. Very happy, and may order one with stripes. Will be a great throw on and go dress.

Solid black dress
Solid black dress, love the weight of it (a bit heavier than I expected but in a good way). Pockets are great. My only issue is the neck opening, a bit too wide and exposes bra straps if I don't keep an eye on them. I normally order M and it could be a scootch smaller but still really nice though not quite perfect.

Too Large
In years past I have bought this dress in M and it has been perfect. This year I bought that size and it was WAAAAY too big, so I ordered a Small. It is too big also. Also, there are pockets, which I thought I would like, but make the dress stick out at the hips. So that;s not very flattering on a dress that is too big also. SIGH...

Another great midweight Bean dress
Great purchase! I love the weight of this dress. it's cute and practical and could be dressed up or down. Brought it on my overseas trip recently and wore it on the plane with my black Keds and a scarf, for some color. Very comfy and great for wide swings in the plane temperature. Love that this is not too thin and has pockets. May buy another in a different color.
