Great top, ugly zipper!
I couldn’t wait to get this top in white with the pastel stripes because it looked so much like spring. I received it today and was disappointed because of the zipper. A beautiful spring top doesn’t need a dark metal zipper…it “detracts” from the beauty of the garment. This should be a five star top, but I took one star off for the ugly zipper and another star because it was all cotton. A combination of 50 poly/50 cotton…would be a much better choice and would give the top a longer lifespan. My opinion, but for the price, the top needs to go back to the drawing board!

Too tight in the arms
I tried both the large and medium petite sizes in store, but I was not happy with either fit. The medium was more flattering for my figure, but the arms were too tight. And with the large, I had the opposite problem. Perfect in the arms, too baggy in the torso.

Quarter zip sweatshirt
I have previously purchased this style and been very satisfied. However, this sweatshirt is much thinner and of poor quality fabric. Then after the first wash the hemming was frayed and the fabric wrinkled. Very disappointing, especially from a company like LL Bean with a long history of quality products.

Happy With Impulse Buy!
It’s still winter and it was an impulse by. I figured if I don’t get it now, it’s definitely gonna sell out. That being said, I haven’t actually worn it yet. I was gonna go back to the store to see if I should get a size smaller, but have re-thought it since the top is 100% cotton. I’m not saying it’ll shrink when it washes, but I don’t wanna get a size smaller and then have it be too small. This way, I can wear a tank or T-shirt underneath and still be comfortable. So few garments, now, are 100% cotton. I’m thrilled to have spotted it in the store that day.

Cute, lightweight sweatshirt
This is a great transition piece for the in between seasons. It's a bit lightweight, so it's not ideal for Winter.
