Good but could be better
These pants fit me very well. The overall quality is good, what I expect from LL Bean. My one issue is that the front pockets are shallow. I have had keys, etc fall out when I am sitting on the couch.

Good pants for travel
The size of the pants matches the description as does the color. Having pockets with zippers helps make sure nothing gets lost in transit. Overall the pants are a comfortable alternative to wearing jeans and a little nicer for when I wear them to restaurants.

Great Pants
I purchased one in green but quickly bought two more. They are cheaper than Kuhl trousers and trailored more to the average joe's frame. Kuhl's are terribly confusing in their sizing and are over priced.
Pros: Gusseted crotch-might want to mention that in the product details
Tapered Leg - perfectly tailored so your shoes or boots do not catch the cuff when
walking and no need to get pants trailored
Technology Pocket - Finally one in a pair LLBean Pants !
Cons: One Technology Pocket - Stop teasing us and give us two
Colors and Back Orders- Again stop teasing, I would have ordered four or five but
the sizes were not available in the additional colors

Could be great, but missing functional features
Material and workmanship is great, as are most L.L. Bean products. In this case, though, pockets are small, my hand just barely fits in the short front pockets. Back pockets have zippers, but again they are small. My iPhone SE just barely fits.
To be functional and great travel pants, the pockets would be deeper and perhaps front pockets would also have a zipper or a double pocket to be able to keep things securely while traveling, hiking, roaming around the city, etc.

Turn these into shorts!
Excellent fit; great feel; and perfect blend of material. Make the summer version...cut them at the knees and hem them. They would be excellent shorts.
