Above pants.
The Trousers have insufficient belt loops to support the pants without inter-loop sagging. Adding one more belt loop on each side and correcting the spacing would improve the pants greatly.

Great pants. Only issue they are nylon and they are subject to small tears in fabric. I bought for golf. Don’t wear for golf unless your ballnever leaves the fairway.

Durable, and a grease stain came right out!!
Just going to lead with the best part. The first time I wore these I got a rather large grease stain on my lap. I used a detergent stick right away even though those don’t help. Then I forgot to pre-treat the pants and threw them right in the wash and was shocked when the stain was gone. I’m still shocked.
Next, today I took a tumble in the pants on a walk. I can see where I hit the ground based on the dirt but the pants aren’t even scuffed.
If you’re clumsy and you like zippers on your back pockets, these are the pants for you. Great feel and great fit, they look classy. Lightweight, too. I love the reflective band inside the ankles too. If you cuff your pants before you take out your garbage at night the raccoons can still find you.
