Good Pack, but a little bit of a puzzle
The pack is exactly what I wanted for resort travel, to go to the beach and pool. Like many others though I was scratchng my head on how the pack actually stows. There is an interior reversable pouch that is way too small, but here is how you do it. Open the roll-top and unroll it fully. Lay the pack flat with the back panel facing upward.
Look at the back flap/panel area—this is the portion that becomes the storage pouch.
Turn/fold the backpack into itself through that back-panel opening, essentially reversing the pack into its own pocket. Push the shoulder straps and remaining fabric inside as you work it into the pouch.

Straps broke the first time I used it.
I bought this waterproof backpack to go hiking in Costa Rica and it literally broke the very first hike I took! I was walking around a volcano so I literally had to tie the strap by hand to get through the hike.
