Good mug, butt!!
Replacing my daily insulated coffee tumbler. I like the handle and capacity of the XL mug. Keeps the coffee hot for hrs. Not thrilled with the cover! The positive is its completely spill proof. The negative is the vent hole is under the slider so if you don't have the slide tab is just the right position the coffee doesn't flow well. Also difficult to clean, after several days of coffee with cream it gets nasty. I was able to pop it off but I'm not sure if its made to do that as there were no instructions for cleaning.

I wanted an easy-carry water bottle and this just didn’t work. It’s not that easy to carry and worse is that it is not easy to drink out of.

Why can't I just drink my coffee?
Mug doesn't have a very clean pour. You almost have to suck the liquid out. The vacuum hole needed to be enlarged. But now the lid doesn't have the seal it once had. But I can certainly enjoy a mouth full of drink and that in itself is rewarding.
