Easy jacket to pop on
I like: the fact that it's shorter but has a drop tail. I like the zipper pockets, especially the inside one, also, the jacket seems pretty windproof and water rolls right off, and it’s easy to slide on and off over something fuzzy.
I dislike: the dopey uninsulated hood (it is supposed to roll up into the collar), the giant stiff collar that will NOT lie flat when unzipped; it stick up, pokes me in the cheek and makes it hard to see the ground when I’m looking down to see where I’m going,. (Which I have to do since I’m clumsy and can trip over pretty much anything.) I really have to keep it zipped to the top of the throat all the time which is annoying. Could you do a snap or a little button here, LL Bean?

The sleeves are long enough for my long arms.
It is a lighter weight than a jacket I purchased 15 or more years ago from you. I shall continue with this although looking old. The new jacket is more for looks!

Always perfect.
I have always loved your products and my first was actually from your store from Maine on a trip there. Then came a jacket and another jacket. The second was due to my 45 pound weight loss. My only regret is that I didn't order the blue! Why didn't I? The jacket quality is wonderful as always. I've never seen anything from LLBean that wasn't top quality.

Ll Bean is the best!
Love my new parka. I am only 4 feet 9 and this fits perfectly and it is nice and warm. Love the blue color. Another plus ,I received it within a few days of ordering the jacket.
