Odd styling and fit
This coat is made of a high quality fabric and well constructed; however, the collar is so high that is irritates my chin and face, constantly bumping against my skin. It is true to size but a boxy fit on the torso. I am returning this sadly.

Great Insulated Jacket
I really like this jacket. It is very comfortable and looks good, too. I purchased the regular size and it falls at low hip which I like since it coveres more of my body. I wore with with a quarter-zip fleece underneath and it kept me very warm while walking around Boston's seaport district, with the wind blowing off the harbor. On less windy/chilly days, I've worn it without a second layer underneath and it was perfect. I'm happy with my purchase.

Ehhh....
Hood not detachable. Hood rolls into a pocket. Sizing is SMALL. Very small. Size up the jacket is okay. Sending back.

Would recommend for 45-65 degree weather and rain.
Loose, warm, comfortable, waterproof. The hood cinches well and stays on in high winds. I wore it for a week in Ireland and it was perfect. In heavy rains it got a bit damp but I stayed dry underneath.
