Soft and warm
I love this sweater, but sent it back because it was slightly fitted and I need a relaxed fit. The color is nice and I love the high turtleneck. It is so soft. I wanted to keep it, but it didn't look good on me.

Larger than normal
I’ve been ordering LL Bean ladies large for my wife for years now and my wife has always been tickled. This year I ordered two large sweaters in Heather and Brown. The soft waffle in Heather is the same product I got last year in blue. Both were well to large for comfort. Neither brown was as nice as depicted in the catalog. The Ragland Nordic was more muddy and blurred.
I had no problem returning them and being refunded, but it would been preferable to have been able to exchange them rather than having separate transactions.
