These breathable, ultra lightweight hiking pants are made with all the performance features you need on the trail and the classic style you want when you're back in town.
We took our customer-favorite VentureStretch fabric, now made with recycled polyester, and designed these pants to support a more active lifestyle. From the easy pull-on styling to the made-to-move stretch, gearing up to spend time outside has never been easier or more comfortable.
- UPF 50+ rated fabric blocks at least 97.5% of the sun's UV rays.
- Our blend of 86% recycled polyester and 14% spandex feels light as air with a smooth, silky texture.
- Machine wash and dry.
- Adjustable drawcord at ankle to cinch or shorten.
- Comfortable elastic stretch waistband with adjustable drawcord.
- Back loop is perfect for a carabener and large enough to pull a light layer through.
- Two front pockets, two back zippered pockets to store small valuables.

Venture Stretch Women's Pant
These came out of the package heavily creased from folding. After washing per instructions, they remained very creased. I finally had to steam them. I haven't worn them yet as I expect them to be quickly wrinkled and less than presentable. I'd also suggest sizing up as I believe they run small. They are very light weight and would have been good for travel, but I'll probably use them in gardening when it warms up.

Pants fit perfectly
I'm 5'10" and a size 20. These pants fit exactly to measure (I used the size table) are long enough and of excellent quality. They looked exactly as the catalog showed.

Fabric clings
I expected to love these and admit that I am disappointed. The fabric clings and does not hang in an attractive drape. Consequently the length tends to ride up considerably.

Not a good Fit !
I normally wear a 1X in llbean pants but I ordered the 2X and they are quite tight ! Very disappointed. Sizes in both footwear and clothes have not been consistent for quite awhile now.

I returned these because they were not what I expected. Honestly, there was nothing wrong with them. They fit well and looked nice, but I had a pair of pants same color and relative style.

Good quality nice weight
These pants are light yet tough. I love the feel, perfect for cool days. Since I'm short, I had to hem them up, losing the tie feature. Not a problem for me since I didn't like that anyway. I wish there was a side leg zipper so I could use these as wind pants over tights or shorts. I ordered small and xsmall and kept both. I'll use the larger pair over tights on colder days.
