Fit great but fall apart
I bought two pairs of these in late September 2025 and by April both were falling apart despite normal use and minimal washing (think once a month). It’s too bad because past pairs I’ve had held up better and the fit is ideal for me.

Poor quality
I would never buy this product again. The fabric split at the rear side (the seat of the pants) where the pockets are sown on. I bought them about 30 days ago hardly enough wearing to rip the fabric this way. Only washed twice.

Perfect Fit!
Bought the jeans for my brother since his current jeans were being trimmed to shorts - suggestion was only L.L. Bean would do. So, I did and ordered him 1 pair to make sure it was right size for wear. Arrived on 3/4/26 - got the text from my brother that the 1912 Jeans were PERFECT and appreciated. So, month's end will be 2nd pair to add to his wardrobe. Thank you - LLBean -been a favorite of his for eons!

Held up for only four months of light use.
I bought these jeans in October because I have been very happy with the quality and value of other products I have purchased from L.L. Bean over the years, including a cabin sleeping bag that lasted 30 years, a couple light jackets, and several button-up shirts. I have noticed a significant drop off in quality and craftsmanship in Levi's jeans, and I have been getting pretty tired of paying good money for jeans that held up for a year or so before a hole appears in an awkward place in the pants--usually the crotch or the next to the double-stitched corners of the rear pockets. I am a school teacher and am pretty easy on clothing these days.
The Vintage 1912 jeans lasted just about 4 1/2 months, approximately 12-14 washes, before holes opened up next to the back pockets. Significantly large holes. Holes that would reveal to anyone behind me what the color and theme of underwear I am wearing. Very disappointed. Think I'll be trying out another brand to find something that can hold up to daily commutes, sitting at my desk, and walking my dog.
