Heavier fabric seems weak and stretchy
The fabric of this shirt is heavier than most, which is why I bought it. (Most shirt fabric seems to be thinner these days than 20 or even 10 years ago). The shirt is soft. But even though heavier, this fabric seems weak and stretchy. It feels like it may stretch out of shape after several wearings and washings.

new favorite shirt
I now have four diferent colors of these shirts. I really like how soft and warm they are, they feel so good in winter. I do wish the neck buttonholes were reinforced a little, they seem to pop open sometimes. All in all, a great cool weather shirt.

Disappointed
This shirt just doesn't live up to LLBean standards. The collar looks sloppy and the buttons look cheap. Unfortunately, I'll be returning this shirt.

My new shirt
I live in Atlanta. I bought this on a curiously chilly day a few weeks ago then the weather heated back up. It’s been too warm to wear this shirt which is unfortunate. I’ve tried it on and it fits great, I love the color and the oversized buttons give just a hint of fashion forward.
I look forward to more seasonable coolness to show off my new shirt.
