Great cozy sweater marred by immediate pilling
Was so excited for this cozy sweater to arrive and it definitely ticked the oversized, soft and cozy boxes. Until after a single wearing, the sleeves immediately began pilling and upon second wearing, the body began doing the same. Gave it a wash and flat dry, thinking maybe that would tamp down the fluff but nope. Got worse. It's so bad that wearing it is no longer an option without using a sweater cutter before and after every wear. Just tried washing it again, thinking stupidly that maybe tossing it into the dryer for a few minutes would scrape the fluff off -- nope. Now the fluff is all over both the washer and dryer and my living room carpet and anywhere the sweater hath traveled. It's pretty awful. Never had this problem with any other sweater or product from LL Bean. It's weird. Just beware. Cozy vibes are ruined by endless fluff clouds.

Very nice sweater
This is a nice, well made sweater that fits great (true to size). I bought it while visiting out east in May and ended up wearing it on the trip on a cold evening.

Versatile, comfortable and nice!
It was great to find this tunic length sweater in one of my favorite colors. I have something similar in a wool blend, but really needed to get something more suitable for spring, summer evenings, fall and winter as well. I bought a larger size than I would normally choose and love the fit. I'm considering getting another one in a different color.

Should have read reviews before buying…
Beautiful sweater that started to shed and pill on first wearing. Washed per instructions, more shedding. Shook out and tried wearing, but it shed and pilled all of one work day. Unwearable.
