Questionable value, but it provides light.
The light is all plastic and works adequately, but seems over priced.
There is room for improvement in the battery loading instructions for this product so this may help with frustrations if purchased….
The body is held together with magnets and the device separates by pulling the two colors apart. It takes a firm pull, but if gripped correctly, ( by pulling the colors apart ), it will separate. Once apart, the battery door will open after pressing the tab that secures the door.

This is an overpriced piece of junk
There's nothing magnetic in this lamp. There are no instructions. The battery compartment is not easy to access, despite the labeling. There is no way to attach the attachments that come with it. I can't believe anybody would pay fifty bucks for this piece of junk.

Great headlamp but poor instructions
Figuring out how to load batteries was frustrating! Had to go in manufacturer to see low! The blue and black are magnetic! So you pull them apart. Then press the cap and compartment opens.

Save your receipt
It was very difficult to put the batteries in the lamp. The multifunctional descriptions where the head lamp can be used as a bike lamp or handheld lamp did not happen for me. I couldn’t get the head band clamps to release and am afraid of breaking them. I should have purchased a single function and less expensive lamp.
