I wear these under shirts and sweaters, and their material is smooth, which makes them easy to put on under the shirts and sweaters. They stretch, which makes for easy movement. They are true to size.

supima turtleneck
I expected the shirt would be 100% supima cotton. In fact it is only 50% with the other 50% being synthetic. I would not purchase this item again. I would also note that it seems to run large.

I was disappointed to receive my turtleneck to find that it was almost 4" longer than the one I purchased two years ago. There is no way I could have ever tucked it into my pants, nor do I have a sweater long enough to cover it. This is only suitable for extra tall women.

Love the fabric & color, could be a bit heavier
I love the soft shine of the supima cotton, but wish the fabric were a bit more heavy--this is after all for winter. It fits well but could be a bit more roomy in the neck and sleeves (I wear a wool tee underneath). These are the reasons why I could not give it a 5.

Very very thin and tight
LL Bean, you've introduced a new line of office items, which is a great idea, but this one is a dud. The fabric is WAY too thin, and it is also tight. Are you trying to lower your quality to keep prices reasonable?
