Good but belt loops would make them perfect
These are nice pants but with a tucked in shirt the elastic waistband is not a good look at work. Please add belt loops in the future

Inseam too short
My only issue with these pants is they are they are too short. They tighten up around my knees when I am seated making them less comfotable. A 38" inseam would be ideal but even a 36" inseam would be an improvement.
