Waterhog mat is wonderful
I have a dog and a door off my family room that is used frequently by my dog. I had one waterhog mat just inside the door and a piece of carpet behind that. The carpet was looking terrible, so I threw it away and got a waterhog runner to cover the area. It is the same color as the original mat and looks great! My dog has a longer area to get whatever that is on his feet onto the mat before he hits the carpet. Looks nice and works well.

Exceeded expectations (replacement)
We love it! It does what it’s supposed to while remaining a very good looking piece. The measurements are slightly off from what’s stated which is rather frustrating. Otherwise this is high quality and I’ll definitely be purchasing another in the future. I will say however that I did exchange the original item sent because the color was off and I was not happy with the measurements. The original rug sent was lighter, smaller, and the design seemed faded. I was much, much happier with the second item I received. LL Bean did a great job of working with me to get an item

keeps mess and water off of my expensive rugs
This life saver of a mat keeps my pups outdoor mess confined to it. I have this running from my doggie door and over my oriental rug. It looks great and is way better than the beach towels I used to put down!

Outstanding Mat.
This is my first LLBean mat/rug. I could not be happier with the outstanding quality. The design of the trees is subtle and a nice touch. We got the green mat for ourselves and grey one for a family member. We are so happy with them. They for sure do not slide, work perfectly to trap the water and slush and crud. It cleans up easily.

It's pretty, BUT
I based my purchase on the size of the rug: 3' x 6'. The rug is very pretty and should stand up to a lot of traffic. However, I REALLY wanted it to be the size stated. Instead, it is 1" short of three feet wide, not bad; but it is 3" short of six feet long. One might ask, why quibble? I just think it should be the size stated, that's all. I guess I'm wondering now if I should have ordered the 4' wide one? Would it have fit? I don't know...just bummed out.
