quality control on the packaging lacking
Missing one of the bath towels. The set seems high quality but mine came with 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths but only 1 bath towel. That's pretty steep price for what I received for my guests over the holidays. Too late to fix in time.

What's missing?
The towels are a nice texture, but I'm curious: Why would you sell towels in a set with two of each item (wash clothes, hand towels) yet only one bath towel? I didn't realize it until I looked for the missing bath towel.

SORRY, THIS IS NOT A SET!!!
What a gimmick!! You call this a set and you provide only one bath towel?? What are you guys trying to pull here!! This is truly a double-cross. Sneaky and underhanded. So a couple should share one bath towel??? Really??? Give your customers two bath towels with the set, which is what every other set from every other company provides!!!

I love the quality— texture, fibers per gram, durability. Premium, indeed. I own the towels in several colors. I use white cloths only in my daily face routine. These hold up beautifully in wash-dry cycle for years.
In today’s stores, it can be challenging to find towels that meet our quality needs plus a color that’s suitable.
