Looks Terrible After One Year of Use
I bought this runner as a Christmas gift for the home 1 year 3 months ago.. (xmas 2024). After just one year of use, it looks absolutely terrible, not because of any dirt, more the threads are all lifted and pilling. There are only 2 people in the home and one only part time, so not a high traffic place. I am past the one year return policy so just donated it. What a waste of money unless you intend to use it as a wall hanging.

Terrible quality
It looked great on delivery. After 6 months, it looks awful with loose threads everywhere. It's a huge disappointment fro a store that used to be known for quality.

Super Cute, terrible quality
I received this rug for Christmas. My golden doodle likes to sleep on it. She turns around a couple times before she plops down. I did not notice until there were several long pulls in the yarn that it is not made to be used. Terrible quality.

Cute rug, but not durable with dogs
I have two dogs and within 2 weeks, I had 5" loops hanging out of this rug. It's just not very durable.

Nice look, poor quality
Rug began falling apart within a few weeks of ownership. Purchased because the rug depicts the exact 2 dogs we have but unfortunately the quality is poor or maybe I received a bad rug. Unfortunate.
