These casual cycling shorts feature a removable liner that's equipped with a super-comfortable chamois pad. They pair perfectly with our Comfort Cycling Jerseys.
- Shell is made from 50% recycled polyester with 50% Elasterell-P Sorona for stretch.
- Liner short is made from 88% polyester/12% spandex.
- Machine wash, line dry.

Improvement over Traditional Cycling Shorts
I bought several pair of these 10 or more years ago and am surprised by the less than favorable reviews. They are an excellent compromise between the traditional skin-tight cycling shorts and "real" shorts, and you don't look like a complete geek if you get off your bike and walk around (or into a biker bar!). And let's face it, an awful lot of men simply don't look good in traditional, skin-tight cycling shorts: they are just not flattering, especially for anyone over 50. They have pockets like regular shorts with an added zipper pocket on the leg for safe storage of a wallet (etc.), and one of the two rear pockets is zippered as well. The padded liner fits fine and, although it is attached with two small nylon snaps, which seem flimsy, I have never had a problem with them snapping, coming loose, or breaking. It is also easy to take the liner out to wash it.

Not Truly Cycling Shorts
I was not overly impressed with these shorts. It's simply a padded liner which attaches to a pair of shorts. I don't like the way the liner attaches to the shorts ... with just two strings by the waistline. If one (or both) of these strings break, then all you have is a pair of liners along with a pair of shorts. Anyone who already owns a pair of padded cycling shorts could put on a lightweight pair of shorts over their padded shorts and have the same thing as this product.

Bought these for my husband, but he didn’t like where the padding was located. The padding is in one wide piece in the middle of the shorts which felt strange to him. The shorts he ultimately ended up getting had padding that was hinged in the middle which was more comfortable. Returned.

Cycling shorts
First time buying cycling shorts so was not sure what to expect. Bought them for riding exercise bike. I guess the most important thing is that they do help with seat discomfort but the way they are put together takes some getting used to because of the removable liner. It's just awkward getting them on and in the right position..

Very comfortable on long rides
Very comfortable and fit true to size. I wear them on 20-30 mile rides, and the padding takes the edge off the saddle soreness, while the lightweight shorts are very comfortable and do not cause chafing. I will be buying more in the spring as cycling season returns. The liner detaches easily and can be used under long pants for colder weather, but the shorts are perfect for people who want the padded liner but not the skin-tight look of most cycling shorts.

Good fit. Fair price. I like the separation feature - the compression shorts clip to the other layer shorts. And it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a baggy adult diaper. 🫡
