Excellent product and practical.
I bought these Waterhog mats and stair treads to provide some traction on a set of stairs that were a highly polyurethaned hardwood. Mostly to help protect them from some work about to be done inside the house. They have worked out great. They are protecting the stairs from grit and debris from the workers. However, I should have done this long ago for myself. They provide better traction going up and down the stairs, and also provide a bit of contrast between each step, which has helped with my slowly aging eyesight. They are easy to clean. You can vacuum them quickly or pick them up and shake them off outdoors. They can be hosed off as well. They will be great for when I get some pets again too.

Appreciate and use all three sizes of this rug
I have all three sizes of this rug. I purchased the long runner first… And added the other two pieces to manage winter traffic, snow and dirt. Extremely happy with all three!

The very best
These are the very best. I just bought the 3' X 3' but have
bought several over the years and have never been disappointed. I have moved twice and never considered others. From the large ones for a laundry room or mud room to a door mat I would always recommend LL Bean's Recycled Waterhog Mat's.
