Somewhat Disappointing
This mat is not a high end version which may explain my review. The Tiles design is quite nice in what they call Camel. It is actually a lot darker and does go well with my kitchen tile and grout although not the color that was expected. As far as being a waterhog, when the dog comes in from the wet outdoors, he leaves paw prints for some distance from the mat. Slightly overpriced for its claims.

Heavy duty Rug
heavy duty rug. i was tired of grubby rugs in my bathroom and they never last long. So i bought this outdoor rug for my bathroom. It's not soft but I really like it in my bathroom.

Cat Durable!
These are great mats indoors and outdoors for people and cats! Andy, my 11-year-old cat loves to dig his claws into these mats. After 10 years, these mats show no wear from his claws (unlike the couch!). Cat-proof -- an added benefit!

Water Hog odor and VOC's
Currently it is still airing out, out in the garage. The odor and off gassing of the rubber on the underside is overwhelming. Also that rubber on the underside is spread unevenly and there are a few thin streaks of fabric showing through on the underside. I am not sure if I am even keeping it at this moment. It has been almost two weeks now, and it is still not ready to be brought into the house. I am very sensitive to plastic and rubber materials. I'm also sure most people won't even notice it and they will be just fine with it. Unfortunately, the VOC's are unhealthy for everyone, not just those who are sensitive to them. Can L.L. Bean please be a little bit more conscience of the materiels in all of their products, for all of us living on the same planet. Thank You

The very best!
This is my 4th Waterhog mat. I have one inside and 3 outside: one on the front porch and 2 on a screened-in porch. I wouldn't consider any other brand. Over the years they've stood up to all kinds of weather, perform well, and still look great.

The best mats.
This is the fifth Waterhog doormat I've gotten. Some of them I've had for over 10 years and they still look great. I needed a mat for the French Doors and this was the perfect size. We are even able to keep the dog bowls on one end. These mats are definitely worth buying.
