A seriously soft and substantial sweatshirt, in a versatile half-zip pullover style. This heavyweight flannel-lined sweatshirt will keep the cold out and the warmth in, year after year.
The Katahdin Iron Works operated in the north woods for much of the 19th century, employing thousands of hardworking Mainers. Inspired by their grit and strength, we designed our Katahdin Iron Works line of rugged work clothes to stand up to all kinds of rough use.
- 100% cotton flannel lining; sleeves are lined with 100% polyester.
- 91% cotton, 9% polyester.
- Machine wash and dry.
- Triple-needle stitching adds durability.
- Taffeta-lined sleeves for easy on/off.
- Body is lined with soft flannel for extra warmth and comfort.
- Half-zip styling with mockneck collar.
- Front kangaroo pocket has interior security pocket.
- Underarm gussets for added mobility.
- Ribbed trim at cuffs and hem.

I used to look in the L.L Bean catalog and whine about the prices. Not any more! This sweatshirt is very sturdy, made with a tightly-weaved fabric, and lined with a fine flannel. The sleeves are lined with a light stretchable fabric so your arms don't bind when moving a lot. A large joey pocket runs across the front. Department stores don't sell sweatshirts of this quality.

Fit is great but the quality?
I purchased this to replace a fleece that was too big. As I was removing it I heard a small rip. Nevermind the fact that I thought it was all flannel to keep me warm. I’m guessing the tear I felt came from the flannel lining and the sleeve lining. A little disappointing to say the least! The fit was perfect with a long sleeve shirt.
