A trip to a national park was the reason for this purchase. They were comfortable, lightweight and non slip for mild hiking.

Not for hiking, great for walking
The shoes are comfortable and supportive. However, each time I’ve worn them in the midwestern woods (at least 3 times) on a variety of trail types, I’ve eaten it if the ground was the least bit damp. Anywhere from a little slip to a full out tumble. A little bit of mud, dew or light rain on a gravel path, wet rocks, etc. and not only do they offer no grip, they are slick as snot. I don’t trust the shoes to keep me safe, and worry that I’ll injure myself wearing them hiking. So, great on even surfaces with some texture, such as side walks. But I wouldn’t use them for trails/hiking. I’ll be getting a different brand whose soles I trust the grip of for hiking.

Extreme Comfort
I finally found my most comfortable shoe! It’s an all over comfort and breathable shoe and puts spring in my step. I’m 75 and walk daily and find them supportive and pain free.

Light and comfy more like a sneaker than a hiker, I would keep to the packed down trails with these no rocky terrain.

Pretty Good Shoes
I wore these for a substantial walk the first time I took them out of the box. They are true to size fit my standard size 7 feet nicely and are light-weight and nicely cushioned. They are also quite cute! I did take off one star because I do not feel like they have enough arch support for me. I bought a pair of insoles at the drugstore and I think this will rectify the matter.
