Best Pima Cotton
I own at least 20 of Bean’s Pima cotton tops in many styles. They wash and wear well. I wash them in cold water and air dry them. I’ve never experienced shrinkage but I’ll be interested to see if this one shrinks based on other people’s recent reviews of shrinkage.
The shawl collar is comfortable, stylish and true to size. The shawl collar stays flat. The fit is flattering, loose but not baggy, somewhat firm fitting.

Nice shirt
I love this shirt style. It's cool enough for most days but the long sleeves protect from the sun. The white shirt of this style is cut smaller, especially in the arm circumference, than the other colors I have.

An upgrade tee
The shawl collar of this tee makes it more dressy than the usual tee. The fabric is a bit heavier and the usual tee making it drape beautifully. The rushing on the back of the neck enable it to lie flat and neat. I ordered 2 more.

New Colors Tight in Arms and Shoulders
I've been wearing these for years, almost daily at times, and I was eager to try the new plum color (which is gorgeous!) but the sleeves and shoulders are much tighter in this color than in the one I was wearing from last year when they arrived. The same happened with another pima cotton style. Disappointing.

The best tees
L.L. Bean Pima cotton tees are simply the best tees. Fabric is beautiful and stays that way through many washes and many years. The color options are dowdy; that’s the only negative. But since I only buy white tees—and black sometimes—I don’t care. It’s something to note, though, that colors stay true, including the black, wash after wash.
