New favorite sweater!
For a colder climate, this is my favorite sweater! It is not itchy (to me - I often wear zipped to the chin) and is a bit heavy and so so cozy. It is complete climate control where I'm almost never cold in it and almost never overheat (the beaty of wool). I wear it all the time - it's a perfect layer under a down parka and seems to have a little windbreak to it when wearing in Spring weather. Absolutely perfect under a vest. Can't recommend it enough and will be ordering a second color. My only complaint (if I had one - my reason for not giving 4 stars instead of 5), is the straight fit of it. It is not fitted and feels unflattering and often bulky in the stomach area. As well, as it is wool, it is something you have to hand wash.

Perfect sweater

Well built and heavy.
This sweater is very well built, but also heavy. I wish I knew the weight before ordering because I was looking for a sweater half the weight for travel. Still it is good enough that I am not returning it.

Great warmth but severe pilling first wear
Only wore this twice and looks 10 years old and tattied. Extremely pilled all over. Disappointed because expensive for my budget but will keep it for its superior warmth.
