Works great to carry my oxygen tanks.
Excellent backpack. Roomy, light, durable, attractive and comfortable. I use it for oxygen tanks (size c tanks). Perfect support on my back.

Strap didn't even last a month
I purchased this backpack 1 month ago and already one of the straps is beginning to fray/tear at the edge where it attaches to the top back of the pack. I know this is a high stress point for backpacks but considering I consciously don't overload the bag and have been using it for less than a month, I would have expected it to be more durable. Very disappointing.

Loved but ripped easily
I have always sworn by LL Bean backpacks and have always had them throughout school with no problems. However after having this bag for not even six months (and putting much less use to it than past bags) the shoulder straps started ripping ☹️. Very disappointing compared to past quality.

Why no bright colors for women's version?
The regular version of the Comfort Carry Backpack 30L, has bright blue colors and bright orange colors. The brightest color for this female version is the purple, which not all women like, and then duller colors as other choices. Why so "blah" for the female choices? I feel I have to get the female version due to my smaller shoulders, but I may just try the regular version because the colors are way better. The backpack itself is really nice and holds a LOT.

Lightweight pack for hiking and traveling
Light weight with ample room and several zippered compartments. I was looking for a backpack that didn’t have a padded compartment (which I don’t need and it adds weight) to use for hiking and traveling and this is perfect.
