Nice pants, run very large
I was really disappointed when I received these linen cropped pants and found how big they run. I ordered the size 2 in petite, the smallest size available. I was hoping they would work as well as the fleece-lined tights that I order every year through LL Bean. I gave the pants a three-star rating since the linen fabric was nice with a good weight and the pants were well made - something I usually find with LL Bean products. Unfortunately, they did not work for me.
My one complaint for the clothing industry in general is that so much of the sizing for women is off. Clothing just runs larger these days. 10 years ago I would have worn a size 4. But, now I need a size 0?

Not the right fit for me
I was disappointed in these. I think they might work well for someone with a different shape, although I also found that the material was a bit stiff. The main problem for me was that my problem area--a big tummy and thighs--was accentuated by the bulk of all the pockets. Initially I thought the roomy seat area would give me the room I need through the seat and thighs--and I liked the tapered legs--but in the end they just made me look and feel dumpy! Regretfully I'm returning them.....
