Pulls, pulls, & more pulls
$350 for 2 sets of towels, organic & nonorganic. Very disappointing. 1 towel had 11 pulls, this after initial wash. Only towels washed together on cold, medium wash.
Bean how about some quality control & if you are unable to partner with a dependable manufacturer just stop stocking/selling inferior products.
Spent over an hour in the laundry room knotting & trimming the longer~2inch, hoping they last a year.
Bean don’t bother with the platitudes, I’m not spending more money to send back but neither will I repurchase.

Quality control ??
Long time customer, having purchased personally and for kids and grandkids, but no more. These towels are awful, loose threads, crooked stripes, appears rows of threads missing, and non absorbent. How could anyone look at these and actually send them to a customer? And at this price point?

BEST TOWELS
My husband loved the exact towels his mother left behind in a different color. I gave them away because the color didn't match our decor. He kept saying I gave away his favorite towels. I bought some as his birthday present in the color that will go well in our bathroom. LOL This sounds goofy - bath towels for a husband's birthday? He is a 70-year-old man who has EVERYTHING.

Quality Lacking
I bought these towels thinking they would be good quality towels. The towels are nice and soft and dry pretty quickly. However after only 2 washings the bath towels have faded and look months old. The hand towells and wash clothes did not fade and work well. Since the price was $120 for the set i expected more. These towells do not hold up to the quality products that i am use to getting from LL Bean. I do not recommend them.
