multi-seasonal new favorite addition to wardrobe
Not gonna lie: I had in mind that I'd wear this on a "catch your dinner" lobster fishing day trip in late August and it was perfect. It was heavy enough to add an extra layer in the ocean breeze --it's got a nice, thick texture and is all-cotton -- but light enough for a summer afternoon. And it has pockets! Both inside and out. It's got a good, boxy fit, and will be nice over a light sweater going into the fall and coming into the spring, and it's perfect for cool summer evenings. Super versatile. The chambray trim on the sleeve and front plackets is fresh and nice.

lovely shirt - a bear to button
I ordered the rose color and it is even nicer than the photo. I must share though that the button holes don't seem to have been designed with the buttons in mind. I timed myself just getting the top button through the hole tonight after some laundry and it came in at 36 seconds. This is not a shirt I can wear buttoned because I would feel trapped in it just trying to get it off. Still, its a nice outer layer.

I like it better than I thought I would
When I got it I was ready to send it back because I thought it was too droopy and heavy. But after a few washes and l hung it outside on the line, it's comfy and just right for a little extra warmth. I love the large side pockets.

Gave To My Daughter for Maternity Wear

Great Quality, a few shortcomings
Love the quality and heavyweight fabric of this shirt. However I find it to be about an inch too short and also the sleeves are too short (though most LLBean long sleeve button ups always are in my opinion). Also I found that the buttons are too big for the button holes so that it is difficult to button/unbutton

Absolutely love this fabric
I couldn’t love this shirt anymore than I do. The fabric is so comfortable and the colors are beautiful. I’m hoping there are some new plaid patterns next fall as I already bought two. I also bought one as a gift because it is such a great shirt! The regular medium is a bit oversized on me as I’m 5’2 but I like it that way! I also bought a petite medium which is a perfect fit.
