Good shoe for cold weather!
The shoe is an excellent fit.... and my foot is nicely covered, protected from weather. I love the tread on the sole.... it will keep me from slipping on icy or snowy or wet slick surfaces. The shoe can be used for every day running around, and it should be fine for work. I would have prefered a richer color and texture on the surface of the leather. It is a bit too flat, but i can live with that.

width is too wide for me and the shoes were very heavy and clunky. I was planning to wear them on an African Safari but they not only did't fit but would've added to much to my luggage weight.

I will be returning these shoes. The waterproofing material began to bubble and peel on the toes of both shoes the first day I wore them on an international trip.

Cracked
Have had these for 6 months, and the rubber has started to crack on the inside of the shoe, where the shoe bends when you walk. 😢😢

About these wellies less than one year ago gardening I’ve worn them very little and they are already cracked. So disappointing L.L. Bean products typically hold up much longer.

Absolutely LOVE this shoe.
I bought this shoe years ago and have worn them till they finally have cracks in them. They have the best soles with so much cushion that is good for my legs and feet. I was so happy to see they were still available. Even though I ordered a half size down (they don't offer it in half sizes), they fit perfectly & I was thrilled.
