We've made the chino more comfortable than ever, in soft-washed cotton chambray with stretch for ease. These flowing wide-leg pants have an adjustable drawstring waistband that's easy to pull on and looks great too.
It's not easy to make a classic even better, but we did. First, we added a touch of stretch to traditional cotton and washed it for exceptional softness and ease. Then, we added a full elastic waistband for comfort worthy of lounging and style ready for any occasion.

This and several other model pants have been way too short. The specs for regular indicate that the inseam s/b 30". This one was even shorter than 29". I expected better quality control from LL Bean.

Bring back more high rise original fit pants.
This is ok, but I much prefer the high rise original fit waist in pants. I like the elastic waist and loose fit in hips and thighs. Would prefer a slightly softer fabric.

Inseam too short in regular size
I have the wideleg capris and hopped I would like these longer pants. For some reason the inseam seems shorter so when I bend over they ride down too much despite fitting well.

I went by the size chart to order - bad idea
I went by the size chart to order…and they are way, way too big. Plus I did not realize there was no elastic and I wouldn’t want to deal with a tie ribbon all the time. I can’t believe these pants are a bestseller. At any rate I had removed the price tag and mistakenly disposed of the order form. I have to investigate the prospects for seeing if I can somehow return these pants.

Length shrinks
Good quality light material. The length does shrink about an inch if you wash in warm and dry in dryer.
