Comfortable and warm
The down jacket fits well and is long enough to prevent cold breeze on the lower back. The drawstring at the bottom also helpful. It does not have a snap at bottom which would relieve strain on the zipper and prevent potential failure.

Nice jacket, but runs small
I bought this jacket for my husband for early-mid spring (temps 35-50° F.) While it seems perfect for that, this runs small. I had to order 2 sizes up.

Great Jacket
I am 6'0" and 196lbs and ordered the large. Fit is spot on. Love the jacket, the look, and the function. I read all the reviews prior purchasing regarding the frustration over the interior fleece lining catching your underlayer but honestly have not experienced that being a big problem at all. The inner lining of the sleeve will indeed slide out some as you bring your arm thru but a quick tuck back in and it's no problem... I have experienced this with other down jackets as well. For the price point I still believe this is a great jacket and I have found it to be both warm and windproof which is good since that is the main reason for purchasing. Overall it has been a great jacket. It looks great, it's a good fit, and I am satisfied.

Extremely rare disappointment
Small holes and feathers coming out continuously in a very slow pace. Very disappointed because LL Bean has always been quality in the last 50 years. I’ve shopped here.
