Felt Like a Bargain — Turned Out to Be a Letdown
The jacket presents well online, and the discounted pricing initially made it feel like a great find. Unfortunately, the in-person experience didn’t live up to expectations. Despite being neatly packaged, it has remained stubbornly wrinkled since arrival.
The overall design feels unfinished—more like the shell of a jacket than a complete garment. The absence of an interior pocket is disappointing, and the exterior snap-buttons feel fragile, as though they might damage the fabric over time.
On a positive note, the jacket is warmer than anticipated, making it appropriate for early to mid-fall weather. However, for those living in colder climates, it won’t be sufficient once winter sets.

Very thin, cheap cuffs
Pretty thin jacket. Feels more like a late fall/early spring versus dead of winter (here in NH at least). The elastic cuffs are pretty cheap looking and feeling, not looking forward to what they feel like when damp/wet. Overall not a horrible jacket, but not up to what I expect from LL Bean

Sizing/Sleeve cuffs are off
Really wanted to like this jacket as it was a replacement for my old LL Bean puffer. However, the sizing (which is the same as my other 2 LL Bean jackets) is off. The hem across the back shoulders is tighter and the sleeves are perhaps an inch shorter than my other 2 "XL Tall" size jackets. Also, the sleeve cuff is much too tight, and thus uncomfortable
