Our original SunSmart™ apparel, Tropicwear was first introduced in 1992 to protect destination anglers from the hot tropical sun. Customers quickly discovered Tropicwear wasn't just for fishing, using it for just about anything outdoors. It's been updated with a better fit, new stretch woven fabric that's softer and better ventilation. Best of all, Tropicwear still provides UPF 50+ sun protection, or about 10 times more than a white cotton tee.

Too many pulls
It's comfortable, but bigger than I expected. The main thing is it had a couple small pulls right out of the package and it has gotten several more as it snags easily.

Appears satisfactory for everyday wear
Hasn’t been warm enough to really get much use out of it yet. It appears fine for an everyday shirt. Disappointing to have a very visible llbean logo above the pocket. I don’t care to be a walking billboard.
