Our original SunSmart™ apparel, Tropicwear was first introduced in 1992 to protect destination anglers from the hot tropical sun. It's been updated with a better fit, new stretch woven fabric that's softer and better ventilation. Best of all, Tropicwear still provides UPF 50+ sun protection, or about 10 times more than a white cotton tee.

Flattering fit
I’ve had multiple iterations of this shirt over the years and continue to enjoy its continued quality and durability. This version seems a bit more fitted in the waistline than the previous version, making for a more feminine, flattering look. Runs true to size.

Tropicwear Shirt
I purchased size XS in the lilac color. The fit is very comfortable, not too loose or restrictive. The fabric is very soft and light, and comes out of the dryer nearly wrinkle free. This is a great shirt and I would buy another one.
