It's been updated with a better fit, new stretch woven fabric that's softer and better ventilation. Best of all, Tropicwear still provides UPF 50+ sun protection, or about 10 times more than a white cotton tee.

Great shirt for everyday wear
Recently bought this shirt to go fishing, but it turned out to be so nice that I wear it around town too. Great fit and finish. Very happy with this purchase.

Nice as shirt and jacket
Nice shirt that I am using as sun protection and as a lightweight jacket. I like the color and fit. My only complaint is that it is a bit stiff and not as soft as I had hoped. Though I haven't washed it yet, so that may help.

What a wonderful, colorful shirt for sunny days
I bought this shirt for my afternoon walks on sunny or buggy days. The fabric is breathable, light, and airy so I don’t overheat. I bought 2 more after wearing the first one and have worn them all depending on the color I need that day. My protected arms are happy!

Please Use Zippers, Not Velcro
I didn’t like the shirts because I like zippered pockets and lots of them for walking and hiking. I do not like Velcro used to close pockets. Also the particular size I selected was too boxy and a size too large so I had to send back the shirts for that reason, too.

XS was overly large
I like the color and the light weight, but the XS is huge. Years ago, I think this would have been considered a Large size. I was also annoyed by the large (but at least pale) "LL Bean" logo on the front and cuff. I won't buy another one of these.

Cute, stylish shirt - looks better on!
Very comfortable and cute shirt. Purchased this for travel to South America. Will wear on plane with a light sweater, cities and probably while hiking.
