The tropicwear shirt is light, comfortable, and of course a great sun protection.
Who could ask for more in an outdoor summer shirt.

Perfect hiking shirt
Perfect for backpacking trip! These were used on a 7 day hiking backpacking expedition. These were my go-to hiking clothes and without fail were the perfect choice for such a trip. Highly recommend without any hesitation.

Not what it was
I have 3 LLBean Tropic wear shirts bought 15 years ago. The new one I purchased has thinner material without the soft brushed texture of the older ones, and there is an unattractive printed logo instead of the old embroidered one. It will be useful-color is nice-, but I like the older ones better.

Good shirt. Could use more under arm breathability
I had a white one of these shirts, and bought a sage colored one. The shirt is comfortable, useful, and protects me from sunburn. The shirt has two little air holes under the arm. This is not enough. It needs at least two more. German manufacturer Kuhl used to make shirts with mesh under the arm that was very cool. Copy that idea and I will write this shirt five stars.

Beautiful and well made
This was a Father's Day present for my husband. I bought it for a vacation trip. We had to cancel the trip, but he is still enjoying the shirt and wearing it locally. It is well constructed and fits perfectly.
