Very disappointed with poor fit.
I returned this item because the fit was very poor. It was unusually tight around the chest right under the armpits. I have bought a lot of llbean clothing that fit great, it is confusing and disappointing when some clothes fit terrible.

Bomber jacket is the bomb
My everyday jacket. The fit is spot on. It’s a little fitted, but comfortable. Durable enough to do some chores around the house in, but I wouldn’t go charging through thorns. Never stop making this jacket please.

This is a great jacket.
The jacket is comfortable from 30-60 degrees. The inside pocket with zipper is great. All in all this jacket should last for years.

Will be my go-to jacket!
This jacket is amazing. I’m 5’10” 170 lbs and ordered a medium and it fits amazing with a slightly fitted look. The color and texture is great. The inside is fleece but inside the sleeves is a material similar to sleeping blankets so your arm just slides in and your sleeves don’t bunch up. Nice and warm and looks great. Couldn’t be happier!

Nice colour and perfect for fall
Got this today and was happy with the quality, it was perfect for fall weather, only problem is that I read a few reviews saying to order a size larger than normal so I did, which the jacket is too large for me now. So I’m gonna have to reorder in my normal size. The quality is good and very light weight perfect for my fall time walks. Feels warm too

Not so good....
This jacket is the first thing I've bought from LLBean that I am disappointed in. And I am greatly disappointed. Firstly, it just isn't made properly. Yeah, I know the advert says "slightly fitted" but I'm thinking this is a far sight more than "slightly". I ordered the 3XL tall, which is my usual size. I can only imagine the person that this would fit will have a small head and very narrow neck, scrawny shoulders, chest, back, and arms....while having a big gut because as snug as it is in the upper body it bags out at the waist. If I zip it all the way up under my chin while just wearing a light flannel shirt under it, the neck area is very tight and bordering on choking me. If you've bothered to build your upper body up at all in your work or athletic endeavors, you will find this jacket too restrictive in the upper body. The length in the sleeves and torso is fine at least. However, it's not even warm. I took the dogs out this morning with the temps in the upper forties and I could feel the cold sinking right through. The more I wear it, the more I wish I would have returned it, and I'm thinking this jacket is a real dud for a grown man.
