Bad zipper
I bought this quite a while back.
I love many things about it.
Have only wore it a handful of times though.
The zipper has a problem and is very difficult to operate. I have many jackets with 2 way zippers. This is by far the most difficult to get started.
So much so, my husband said this is for sure now your typical quality for a product and I should notify you even though it has been so much time.
I believe I received a defective product as other purchases from you have been superior quality.
Is there anything that can be done at this point?

Really pretty sweater coat. Well made and nice long length. I always wear a size small or extra small in LL Bean clothes. This item in a size small, was too small!! So unfortunately, I returned it

Very cute!
Very cute! I love the pattern, fit and feel of the sweater fleece. I wear it often, but not on a windy day. Wind goes right through it.

Poor workmanship!
The color and fabric are nice, but the zipper is VERY hard to zip. Most times I just leave it open even when I would like it to zip because it is so difficult and I give up after 10 tries or more.
