Wide heel that slips
Several reviews noted that problems occurred with heels slipping. It's apparent that these don't have a typical "women's" design (with a narrower heel profile). They are wide in the back half of the shoe which causes unnecessary slipping. Otherwise, they are warmer than typical casual shoes, but the fit is pretty bad (in the heel).

I purchased an 11 wide, which is only comfortable with thin socks. Pretty stiff right out of the box, which I assume will loosen up in time. Toe box is decent, just more tapered than an actual sneaker design that I was looking for. Good gripping on slippery surface. Happy enough so far.
