Flannel Lined - Great Idea!
Living in northern New Jersey and spending alot of time outdoors enjoying nature, doing barn work and working with my ponies I often need a little more than just a sweatshirt but not a heavier jacket - so the flannel lined hoodie sweatshirt is the perfect "in between" outer wear.

Warm, cozy and comfortable,
Comfortable, warm cozy and a perfect fit. I’m 5’3” with a pear-shape figure. The LP fits well and is generous enough not to feel too snug. I like the soft feel of the felt lining. It’s as warm as the ones with the faux shearling inside.

Not Flannel
The lining of this sweatshirt is not flannel. It’s just a thin plaid fabric. I can’t tell that it adds any warmth at all. Not fuzzy at all. I bought one of the men’s ones for my husband years ago and it’s real flannel, really nice and warm. But the women’s ones (at least in purple and green) are not flannel. It’s so frustrating—LLBean knows what real flannel is, they’re famous for their flannel, so why are they misrepresenting this product? Why not make it with actual flannel? I’ve been a repeat customer at LLBean for years, but I’m losing patience with this company.
