Husband says these are the best work boots ever!
Love these boots! This is my husband’s second pair of these boots…he can work in them all day and they still feel so comfortable!

Excellent product, performed excellently
I bought these 3, maybe 4 winters ago. Primary need over my other boots (2 LLBean, 2 other dressier) was that I needed really good grip which this seemed to have the best. I live in Central New York where the temperature is generally at least below freezing for some of >80% of winter days. So I live in them most of the winter. And they are pretty much no slip even with my ambulation impairment. As long as I clean them (I have a special tool for cleaning suede, they continue to look very good. I haven't had the stitching problem others mentioned but now that I am warned , I will look out for it.
Bottom line: I take care of them, they take care of me. I prefer sneakers when driving because these boots are relatively stiff but like good skating boots, THAT'S A GOOD THING for what they are intended. A long as they continue to hold out as well as they have up to now, I expect at least several more years out of them. If the uppers don't fail first I will definitely replace them with another pair when the Vibram soles wear out.

Great Boots Until They Weren't
Land Surveyor in rural Virginia Beach and I bought these to replace my Kangaroo Upland Boots (see other review) hoping for a better overall product. The only improvement on these boots was the tread life.
The leather itself seems to be of a higher quality and lasted longer than on the Kangaroo Upland, but the stitching failed in less than a year, leaving large gaps in both sides of both boots.
Initially I purchased a 7½ and they were just huge on my feet. I ended up with a 7 which fit more appropriately.

Very uncomfortable
Last pair of boots I bought were awesome, this is next addition of same boot I had before. The way the tongue folds low on the ankle is terribly uncomfortable. No way I could wear these boots for any length of time. Definitely sending back for refund.

The shoe fits, but the laces came off.
The shoe fits, but the construction quality was less than I expected. There is a fabric loop through which the shoe lace passes near the toe box, and that loop tore off of the shoe when I first put them on and tried to tie the shoes. I returned the shoes, and will go to the main store to try on a pair before buying online again.
