We've made the chino more comfortable than ever, in soft-washed cotton chambray with stretch for ease. In a versatile ankle style with a drawstring elastic waist that's easy to pull on and looks great too.
It's not easy to make a classic even better, but we did. First, we added a touch of stretch to traditional cotton and washed it for exceptional softness and ease. Then, we added a full elastic waistband for comfort worthy of lounging and style ready for any occasion.

Great pants
I love these lightweight pants! They are roomy and just perfect for warm weather. They wash well too. I wish they came in more colors. I am only 5’ 4” so they fit like full length pants on me.

Love these!
I live in these three seasons out of the year. Comfortable, practical and go with everything. More importantly, as my weight fluctuates by 5 to 10 pounds 😔, they still fit. They’re a bit long but I just fold the hem up and they look fine. Please LL Bean, bring us more colors!

Comfortable, versatile, easy-wear pants
I am very pleased with these pants, and have them in three chambray and two chino colors (I will buy more if all the colors come back in stock.) I usually wear a Petite size 10 in pants (5'0", waist 30", hips 39") but bought these in Regular size 10 which is full-length on me. The fabric is comfortable and cool for moderately warm weather, though a bit heavy for the hottest most humid days. Good for spring, moderate summer, and fall climate in Maryland. They can be dressed up or down for casual or work. I would definitely recommend them to others.
